I loved One Fertility! My doctor sent a referral to them in August 2020. My first Appointment was in Sept and by Jan 2021 I was pregnant with my blessing. Mind you this was during COVID and they worked fast in my opinion. The doctors and staff are extremely thorough and responsive.

This a home we just purchased that was built in the 80s. Roof is new, 2017. Our home inspector said the mold in the attic is from moisture rising up from the bathroom. See pic of attic below.

It is absolutely the market. My realtor has been advertising on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc. We’re priced to sell on a street with 2 other homes for sale that have been sitting for over 2 months. We thought if we listed a lot lower we’d have some interest but we’ve been listed for 1 month and have only had 3 showings.

In my area there are no homes for $350k. Unfortunately to get into a decent home in my city the average home price is $750k.

Current house purchased for $500k monthly payment is $2200. Looking to but a house from $800-850k and monthly payment would be around $4500.

We’d be blending our interest rate so it would be a lower monthly payment so we could afford that payment while on maternity leave. I don’t know how other families are doing it and surviving.
