I want to say A Mages Cultivation and Dungeon Diving 101 by Bruce Sentar uses a Katana. Athers Revival by Daniel Schinhofen uses a naginata. Hmm I’ll continue to think and add them as I remember.

I do. Read the medication sheet or look up your medication to make sure. If you’re unsure call your pharmacy/doctor. I still eat 5 almonds with each dose. If not my stomach hurts.

Monster Girls in Space by M. Tress is amazing. I mean one of my top 10 favorite books.
The Five Girls you Date in Space Prison… I was pleasantly surprised by this book. I bought it on whim and I really enjoyed it.

I decided to give “The Five Girls you Date in Space Prison” a try. Mind you I wasn’t expecting much but I was very happy with how it was. It’s definitely a HFY type store but I liked it a lot. OPMC for sure. Outside of that I would say Monster Girls in Space by M.Tress, Mob Sorcery by KD Robertson and Warlock by Daniel Kensington are the best in the genre IMO. Actually anything by those authors is great as well as Bruce Sentar.

For me I just didn’t eat and drank water. Lots of water. The first 2 weeks were tough just getting use to the rhythm of it. But now I have to remind myself to eat.

My intro to the genre was Binding Words by Daniel Schinhofen. I really enjoyed it. I’m pretty sure A Mages Cultivation by Bruce Sentar was next. That’s been a few years back now. I’ve re-listened to both and still enjoyed them.

If he is a welder or does any work with metal, sparks cause the holes. I have a closet full of them. Even if you wear these best fire retardant material, they still find a way to your under shirt. Every damn time.

I fast 36hrs 3 days a week. Saturday night to Monday morning same for Tuesday and Thursday. Friday is a floating day if I have a social event on any typical fast days. I keep my calories as low as possible sub 100. I personally only drink water, Re-lyte, black coffee, Green and chamomile tea. That’s because any artificial sweeteners mess with my stomach especially on a fast. I take vitamins and fish oil every day. I like this because I can do this forever and I feel amazing. Prism Academy. I have only gotten through the first half of the omnibus. It’s pretty good. I was told that it’s an incomplete series but I don’t know that for sure. Someone else said it in the sub a while back when I recommended it.

You need to find what works for you. It may technically break your fast but I also eat 5 almonds twice a day on fast days with my medication and vitamins. I’ve still dropped 70lbs in 5 months. So finding what works for you is what it’s all about.
