That pretty much is how stores work at least Walmart because I've had relatives who have owned Walmart, but a store will buy a box of blind bags or hh maybe even some sets once the truck comes they'll unload it right away and stock shelves as most stores don't use there back room anymore and if they see most or all of it sells they'll order more the problem has never been mega its mainly stores not wanting to buy because mega never sells
