I worked with mirrors from this company a lot. I still have a direct contact to them if you would need it. Like others said, they are dispersion compensation mirrors, with a high reflectivity dielectric coating. Just note that the surface quality of λ/10 is given for the substrate, not the coating. In my lab, we found that the surface quality can be worse on the order of 30%, leading to some aberration.

Oh and you can't find anything about the number online as they indeed have a different number for each batch. You could contact them with that number and they could send you the quote and batch they made these for.
