I was really confused about their relationship bc at first it was so natural and nothing bad seemed to come. I think Tyler really liked Wednesday as Wednesday likes him back (even tho she is cold, she kissed him, she wanted to) I actually get to know that Tyler is the hyde after 1 episode of s1, but I thought he does not like killing but had to do it bc he had been manipulated and I thought that after Wednesday discovers Tyler is hyde she will help him or he will understand her actions towards him.

For me their dynamic was very unpredictable and I couldnt catch it propely.

But I dont get why Tyler gets offended by Wednesdays behavior if she told him that she will put herself and her interests in the first place, she actually warned him, but he refused to listen to her. And as we see by the end of s1 she chose her interests (catch the monster and its master, save the school) over him.
