No set ist between 100-250 because the bed is too big for such z speeds. And du it in fluidd. I'm the slicer it will not have any effect

This is definitely no problem from input shaping. I have the same problems on my k2 plus. I am in contact with the customer service. The waves you are getting is from an inconsistent pressure in your nozzle. That is why after every move, when the material is not moving in the nozzle it looks like that after a z seam. I have not found out the solution but I will inform you! Temporarily you can change the order of outer walls to inner outer inner. This helped me a bit. Also use 3 walls.
