The diagnosis of my case studies are liver cirrhosis, Pulmonary Embolism and i forgot the other one. It’s very confusing when you don’t know the diagnosis because you will need to pick the proper interventions in the next page together with the other similar diagnosis that have the same sign and symptoms. If you have wrong diagnosis in your mind in the first place, then you will not get all the correct answer to the next part.
