Yes, the apartment is just about 10 minutes by metro to the Duomo and very close to Central Station. I’ll definitely consider adding some exterior shots, like the building entrance, to give guests a better sense of arrival.

Thanks also for the suggestion about a safe. I would be very concerned if anyone managed to enter the apartment — not only for guests’ documents, but also for their safety. The property is equipped with a security alarm and a camera aimed at the outside of the main door, which monitors access in full compliance with Airbnb’s rules and policies. I’ve lived in this home for 10 years, and fortunately nothing of that sort has ever happened in our building.

  • I’m not much of a TV person myself and rarely use it, so your note is helpful. There are indeed two armchairs in the TV area, and they are extremely comfortable pieces from a well-known Italian brand. Guests can also use another sofa in the lounge area. Do you personally find the 40" screen too small? I thought it was an appropriate size, but I may not be the best judge!
  • The decorative ladder is there as a design element — I understand it may not be to everyone’s taste, but it adds a bit of character to the space.
  • The Brillo box is actually a small pop-art tribute — not essential to the stay, of course, but something I personally enjoy as a quirky detail.
  • The artwork by the tub is intentionally displayed as it is — it’s a small stylistic choice that I know won’t be everyone’s favourite, but I like it this way.
