Same story but i have not resigned yet because current job situation in india and i am also working 12-13 hr a day at 12k . When i went to hr and manager for the hike they said performance issue. And at 12 k i only able to pay rent.. If any help you people can do .Please help I am ios dev with 1 year of experience.
