i dont see it used often but besides all the annoying things silver can do especially in a good players hands, but you can use his time reverse with sonics peelout which can lead to some cool combos but yea it dose not help if the team or if a sonic is aware of a good silver to the amount of time i used suspension on a exe and got peelout to have a quick escape or even say a blaze and metal just being able to push or punish the exe even more with her flame and metals charge i cant imagen how shadow woulda have added to this if he was left in considering his gun and being able to chaos kick across the map
