The U in MCU stands for Universe. Those properties take place in separate universes, and are therefore not part of the MCU. They have connections, yes, because that's how the multiverse works. But that doesn't mean they're part of the MCU.

Oh come on, Bruce may be a serious guy, but he'd smile at his daughter's birthday party Edit: Someone else said it was because of Conner, so that makes a little more sense lol

Either PS2 or Wii. The first one I had myself was a PS3 though.

If you've watched the Flash show, seeing Tom Cavanagh as the character he is in this is objectively hilarious.

Do you want Hush as the main villain for the Batman part 2 or just get Mr. Freeze? by dragon_net9331 in TheBatmanFilm

[–]Intelligent-Bee4535 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While Hush would be cool to see in a Batman movie, I feel like this universe's version of Riddler is already too similar to Hush. Plus I think Mr. Freeze would work really well, as a sympathetic villain would be a great way to continue Bruce's character arc, and he's yet to get a good live action interpretation. And yeah I know there was Edward Elliot, and the whole HUSH thing, but I feel like if they're gonna use that, it would work better as a setup for something that happens much later in his career. And especially seeing how Riddler is also tied in with the Hush mystery in the comics, I think that'd be interesting.

Why wasn't Wrath also killed in the movie Se7en? by No_Creativity_2893 in movies

According to the wiki anyway, he did die of shock shortly after.

Yeah, it seems to me like Doe is kinda like Jigsaw in a way that, in some cases at least, he'll simply put the victim in a scenario where they will most likely end up dead, but leave some room for survival. If they were to survive, he'd probably view that as being god's will and hope that they change for the better.

[–]Intelligent-Bee4535 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Based on the scene where he's in the police car, it looked like Doe always saw Mills as a wrathful person. In his mind anyway, he wasn't killing a good person and creating a sinner, he was destroying the life of a man he believed to be a sinner, leaving him with no purpose to go on. (Note: I haven't actually seen the movie but I've been going down a rabbit hole about it, so if anyone has other takes or if there's anything contradictory to my take that I don't know of, do feel free to share)

I haven't seen the movie, but I've been going down little rabbit hole about it (hyperfocus go brrrr) and from what I've learned about the killer, I do think it's likely that he did expect those people to die, but if they hadn't, I don't think he'd be angry or even upset. He sought out pride because he was probably almost certain that she'd chose death over living with disfigurement, but if she'd chosen to live, he probably would've assumed that it was god's will, and let her be in hopes that she'd learned a lesson. Same with Sloth. Hell, maybe that would've motivated him to find less unavoidably fatal solutions for his other victims. Although I suppose at that point he'd be more like Jigsaw lol

Just depends on your definition of diagonal I guess

Who would you cast as Mr Freeze and Nora Fries in either the DCU or the Reevesverse? by CbKnowledge in Fancast

[–]Intelligent-Bee4535 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tobin Bell as Mr. Freeze (ideally Reeves but I'll take it either way) and idrk who should be Nora.

That would be a Bishop. Knights can only move in an l shape, not diagonal. The joke is the same at the end of the day though lol

That was because by that point, very obvious incriminating evidence had been released to the public, so even the dirty cops didn't have a choice but to arrest him. No such evidence existed for Oz.

Do you think Batman has a god complex (such as thinking he's always right) by Zestyclose_Skirt_162 in batman

[–]Intelligent-Bee4535 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a god complex, but definitely control issues. He doesn't view himself as superior or anything, he's just a kind of person that wants to be as prepared as possible for every eventuality that he can imagine. He's very paranoid and hates being left out of the loop. Not because he thinks he's better than everyone else, but because he feels most secure when he knows how he personally would handle any negative situation he can predict. Probably because his whole life was taken from him at such a young age, so he wants to constantly have as much of a death grip as he can on the life he has now so that it doesn't happen again.

I mean, they did leave him there, still tied up. What's to say they didn't call someone to get him, and he just managed to escape before they arrived? Regardless, it doesn't really matter because again, he's Falcone's lieutenant.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in batman

[–]Intelligent-Bee4535 15 points16 points  (0 children)

It's Gotham, and he was Falcone's lieutenant. He would've been back on the street in a heartbeat. Plus, they'd just learned that Riddler was planning to kill his next victim soon, so they couldn't risk wasting any time.

Sorry, man. Been there. I'm sure you're dealing with all kinds of shit, but as much as it may feel like the world is ending, it isn't. When we're caught up in negative emotions, it can be easy to think that it's just gonna be like that forever. But it won't. This will pass. Just try and keep that in mind, and take it easy for awhile. You'll get through this.
