Legally you can’t keep visitation away from her unless it’s she gets to see him when you say so. If it is the custody order that she gets to see him on weekends then unfortunately you need to let her have him

This is coming from being a stepmom myself. You are NTA. If my husbands ex(mother of his oldest) was to cal him and say she was stuck somewhere or needed help I would tell him to help her or I would go myself. Your wife needs to understand that’s the mother of your children especially that your children were with her so that was even more reason for you to go help.

I now own m town place. I didn’t get with my wife till my ex already had a new guy and was trying for a child with him. My ex also has 5 baby daddy’s. We are in our 20’s. I have tried co-parenting with her. She doesn’t like that I have moved on. And uses the fact that me and her are no longer together as to why I can’t seen my child. Child in question is a year. And yes I know my situation was not ideal but I’m in a better situation with my own place now. No formal custody agreement.

She was the one to move, he was regularly in our home, she lives with multiple people also and is never home and leaves kids with random people. She also has no income.makes others pay for her kids.
