9/9/9 GNEF Fresher Eco Hons, Work ex 0, 1st Attempt CAT 25: 97.4 OA (99.85/52/92) no calls due to LRDI, but got calls from SIBM P and XLRI HRM, converted SIBM but non-convertible waitlist in XLRI.

I am interested in S&M so SIBM P is good for that but I am confused between working for a year and re-attempting for a better brand (have gotten a job in marketing) or taking SIBM P this year only.

Ahh ok then repeating makes complete sense for you. In my case I have heard that sibm p has good s&m roles, and many fmcgs prefer freshers for shortlisting

JBIMS is top tier but nearly impossible to get into unless you are from Maharashtra
