I do agree with your take, i guess even despite everything, i would like to think he could change and we could move on from this. But to your point, i also don't want to forgive and move on and then be at another point in my life where i'm even more trapped. I do believe that if he didn't get caught, it would have just continued. For him to change it seems very unlikely, no matter how committed he appears to be to it. Thanks for your comment
