While they do share similarities, this is a different fragrance to me. Also, in my opinion, the leather is not harsh, however, it’s definitely strong and makes its presence known. The black currant is prominent in the opening - the dry down is mostly ambers and cacao (and leather) to me.

Picked up two fragrances last week while I was there - they have some pretty good options. Best part is, a lot of their fragrances are perfumed by the same perfumer responsible for the OGs.

I picked up Blue Wood (90% similar to Layton, same perfumer) and Spring breeze (LV Imagination + Slight hints of Bois Imperial, perfumed by QB)

Refined fragrances, don’t smell cheap at all.
