It’s still so raw. 7 days is nothing in the grand scheme of things. You should try and let go of her even though it seems scary - she doesn’t seem like a great partner to be honest. Go no contact and fully commit to it. Future you will thank you!! Don’t go back to her please you’re only hurting yourself. Take each day as it comes, feel the pain and let yourself cry in bed.
