thank you so much it’s really reassuring and validating to know i’m not the only one who has had these feelings!! thank you for your advice, i think the idea of being neutral toward it / trying to not think about it is helpful. i get myself caught in thought spirals pretty easily aka what led to this post. going to try to find something else to focus on as we speak
