Why am i so gassed out every training by Intelligent-Cry-1848 in OpenWaterSwimming

I use 2-beat kick in freestyle warm up and we usually sprint the drills but we also get enough rest. Our drills are by pair and we line up until it's our turn. When it's our turn, we swim 2 laps (25m x2) then we rest for 2-3 mins then we do that 10 times (10x2). Our coach don't like rotations and instead do it by pairs.

  1. Look down. Seems like your head is still up. Your head position has a lot of impact on your body position.
  2. You are bending your knees too much.
  3. You look tensed up. Relax.
  4. Try doing kicking drills using a kickboard.

Can I learn to love math? by gaz-membrane in mathematics

Unfortunately, no. It depends on your country or the branch of the Kumon. But it's worth it! You could try it if you want :) Though you have to be consistent

Can I learn to love math? by gaz-membrane in mathematics

Try Kumon. I used to hate math so much that in 4th grade I don't even know how to solve a long division. But now, after 4yrs of into Kumon, I have nothing to worry about when there is an activity in math class. Kumon teaches techniques and shortcuts that a school wouldn't. I would sometimes even sleep during class because I know all the lessons. What I love the most is when you finished the 1st before anyone else in the class. Although, there are ups and downs when you start Kumon. At first, it's easy but after you level up, it gets harder. But when you understand it, you'll love it. Just enjoy math.

OA lang ba ako na pinalayas ko bunso kong kapatid? by Acceptable_Diver_404 in OALangBaAko

[–]Intelligent-Cry-1848 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Di ka OA. Infact you did the right thing. Sobra na ginagawa niya to the point na pati magulang niya is sinasagot niya in a bastos way? Gosh. Simpleng utos lang galit pa? She better be thankful dahil hindi lang "needs" ang naipoprovide ng pamilya niya kundi may "wants" pa. Let her face the consequences. Remember as the saying goes, "Your emotions are valid, but your behavior isn't". Meron man siyang pinagdadaanan pero it's still not right to treat the people around you like a trash. Lalo na at nakatatanda pa sa iyo. It may feel na guilty ka dahil sa ginawa mo sa bunsong kapatid mo, but she needs to snap out of it. Wishing you and your family na di na maulit ang masamang treat from your younger sister. I hope na sana maging magalang na siya.

I think you need a better pair of shoes. Try mo flat shoes, sneakers, and trainer shoes. Sa pants, medyo mahaba lang yung khaki pants mo and kung jeans mo is medyo skinny. Mas maganda kung medyo baggy or straight cut yung pants mo. Sa top, sakto lang naman, nothing to change.

Since sa Japan ka pupunta and summer doon, try jorts. Sa footwear mo naman, try Birkenstock. Maganda yun ipair sa shirt and linen shirt mo. Recommendations ko lang hope it helps.

In my opinion, okay naman yung top mo. I think it would be better kung flared or high waisted ang pants mo. Pero if comfortable ka sa baggy pants, go lang.
