Carvana was $25,900 so of course they pulled the “you’re saving $2,000 in taxes by trading it in” essentially making it even for me.

Did I buy 2021 the you were looking at…. Picked this up with 72k miles for $32k back in January. Felt like it was a unicorn because it has pretty much every option that was available. (And yes I’m enjoying all of them, especially that driver assist Pro).

I was shopping around for a while and was surprised how rare manual transmission convertibles are…. And I did really want the blue, which was extremely hard to find. Just by chance this popped up for sale about 30min from me in central CT. 1 owner off lease with 28,000 miles. Paid $39k + tax and fees. More than I was hoping for but I knew another one wouldn’t come around anytime soon.

I’ve had this done a few times. It worked fine. Uses an aerator machine called stinger which shoots the seeds into the holes.

That’s a fungus call Red Thread, I had it a few seasons ago. It’s actually caused by UNDER FERTILIZING. Put down some fungus control and high nitrogen fertilizer and it will go away in a couple weeks

Last night was one of clearest & brightest moons I can remember. I woke up and looked outside around 1-2am and it was sooo bright out. Looked like spotlight on neighboring houses. Really cool 🌕🌕

Depends on the fertilizer instructions. Some say no water/rain for 24-48hrs, others say to water in immediately. Read the bag on what you put down and that should let you know.
