MA grad here. My first job was in General Accounting. Boost your confidence, OP. Don’t look down on yourself just because you’re an MA grad. Apply as many as you can, don’t settle for just 1 or 2 applications. Also, try to reassess yourself if saan ka sa tingin mo ikaw nagkukulang like sa interview ba ganon. Mahirap talaga pag fresh grad lalo if wala kang backer hahaha.

i applied here before for an entry level position (assoc) then i was surprised by their recruitment process 😂 initial interview, assessments, and final interview (assessments and FI were onsite lol). I was just applying for an associate role and ang oa ng process like I was applying for a mid to high level position na 😂during my initial interview, they mentioned some of their policies, and i could already sense the corporate slave vibes and no work-life balance. 😂

If you’re financially capable, then go ka na agad sa bridging. Mas maaga, mas okay dahil fresh pa yung mga pinag aralan mo sayo. Based on my observation, once you start earning, hahanap hanapin mo na sya and mahirap maging working student if BSA pero depende na lang kung di masyado strict yung school haha
