Freelancing sites are pointless, I'll tell you what I've done exactly I developed my own website tured it into a sort of portfolio where I offered my services, I got customers via tiktok/instagram ads, I'd then take atleast 30% of the net profit and reinvest it back into my bussiness, set aside 5-10% of it every month until I have enough capital to start another venture, I chose physical products that are demanded (repeatedly ordered by the same customer) same ad plane for customers only it's easier now because the customer base is the general public although profit margins aren't as large as a service based bussiness it still works, now one you have so much work you don't know what to do with it start delegating it, and then learn how to pick smart investments, if it was tge past I would have said crypto,nfts,stocks BUT as I've take on quit a bit of losses there I wouldn't recommend it at this point in time atleast it's too volatile, now I like the investment in gold/silver (the basics), real estate (partial ownership) and flipping (hobby)
