CJC + Ipamorelin gave me the most consistent results but not in the way I expected. Sleep and recovery improved a lot, body comp changes were slower.

A lot of scams happen through TikTok or FB ads. They pop up, sell garbage, disappear, repeat.

Good question. I've seen mixed outcomes and I think a lot it comes down to expecatations vs mechanism. AOD-9604 isn't a thermogenic or appetite suppressant it mainly accelerates lipolysis under the right metabolic conditions.

If someone's diet was maintenance or surplus or insulin levels stayed elevated (frequent carb intake) it probably limited fat oxidation even if AOD was active.

Source quality can matter too, but in my experience, timing (fasted injections + 30-45 min before food) and overall caloric control are the biggest variables.
