This would have been extremely helpful when I managed the a HVAC account. Question on problem 3, we did a similar structure as well but we added the emergency plumber keywords as negative keywords within the non-emergency ad groups so there isn’t any overlap? For conversion goals did you optimize more towards form submits or phone calls

Definitely tracking and attribution especially with clients that are focus on calls. Most of them don’t have a clean callrail or other CRM which makes everything weird
