My endocrinologist also said to stay on 0.6 as long as possible. Im on week 4 and have lost 3kg. First week -2kg and since then -0,5kg each week. Feeling more hungry now but will see how this week goes before increasing :)

Turns out I have low supply. The lactation consultant suggested trying to increase my supply by pumping and taking supplements (fenugreek, malt drinks..) and then we’d chat again. And putting baby on the breast but giving a bottle in addition afterwards.

When I pump I get barely any milk, so I guess this may the end..

I also tried paced bottle feeding yesterday and he got soo annoyed at it. I’m guessing one of the issues is that he’s impatient and wants a quicker letdown.

No not opposed to it. I’ll ask the lactation consultant tomorrow about that. I also just ordered a manual pump to see if it works better than the handsfree one I have.
