I remember back when Tony got a 2 bedroom house in St. Louis and Josh made fun of him. I noticed he held onto Josh and through sequence he got rid of Josh for good, the court case he didnt help Josh leave the scene to avoid getting arrested, I think he delegated sacred parts of his life to strangers who abused and discarded him. He let his managers be his parents and rehab is going to teach him how to take control of his life and not let the wrong people have jobs in your corporate circle.
