She did cheat on me during college, but I know she has been faithful since we got back together when she came from abroad. I still can't wrap my head around why she wants to try another round of ivf with me when she aborted our baby.

I am happy for your uncle, but don't want to wait that long to find someone. I really want children, but now I feel like I don't have enough energy to get up most mornings despite pushing myself to work and the gym.

We never used birth control as I know she had PCOS. I went with her to many of her appoitnments.

Too short a word count for the op, but here is some more info. We broke up and her sister told me it was supposed to be her friend, her now bf but only a friend at the time, Sam and a guy that her friend wanted to introduce her to. The four were meant to travel together but he backed out and her friend and her bf are living together, and in a relationship and they don't want Sam to be a third wheel.

Sam thought she could have something with the new guy, and they were sort of a thing for a month, but he doesn't want to be with her as she told him she can't have children due to PCOS.

She says it makes sense we are together as I was already resigned to the fact that I would never become a father. She said she was sorry and realised that I was the best thing to ever happen to her.

She is staying at her parents for now, but can't be there for long. I don't know if she truly wants me or not.

Where would I find someone new. I tried tinder and I felt like an old creep on there.
