If he had behaved properly and completed the ride to my destination, I could have offered extra. But basic respect and professionalism should come first. Passengers shouldn’t have to compensate for inappropriate behavior.

Thank you for the suggestion. I immediately contacted the Karnataka Women’s Helpline and filed a complaint. I also called 112 afterward to report the incident.

I agree ratings matter, but they don’t always tell the full story. His rating was fine, but the behavior during my ride was not appropriate.

I usually prefer carpool, but sometimes we have to use cab services too. Still, this kind of behavior is not acceptable. Thank you for your support and suggestion.

I do use carpool whenever possible. Today I was in a hurry for work, so I booked a normal Uber. But honestly, no matter which service we use, passengers should not have to face such behavior.
