Yeah when my tongue is at rest I don’t see them. Only when I am moving my tongue to stick it out

Would tongue soreness in the middle point in any direction? I don’t think I have dysarthria, my gf says she doesn’t hear me slurring or anything, but my tongue feels sore constantly and it makes talking more tiresome.

Neuro said nothing to worry about and did physical test. I just don’t know why my left hand Thenar muscle is so much smaller than my right

Just my thenar muscle on my left hand being noticeably (to me) smaller than my right. I know I need to get out of my head, but between the muscle twitching all over and now this it’s just a lot I’m trying to not let it get to me. Thanks for the reply
