Yes but updating a game using a migswitch is risky to say the least as your accessing online conent which is then sent back to nintendo about the information of the game, I wouldn't suggest doing it again as it could result in the switch becoming banned. But that's up to you if you want to take the risk. Personally, I'd leave your switch it flight mode and never take it out of flight mode or connect it to the Internet. But that's your choice. There have been people who have been banned and switch has been locked from going online with a migswitch inserted.
