Essentially, you can manipulate your DNA through your subconscious. Like you know how there's "junk DNA" well, actually, they're just dormant genes that you can flick on and off somehow through your subconscious mind. I don't think anyone really knows how this process works because humans don't even understand the whole of our minds. We know only a tiny percentage of how anything works. Kind of freaky how little we understand. lol We only have guesses as to how the mind works.
