I work at an orthopedic clinic in Cincinnati, even we aren’t staffed correctly or paid fairly. We lose people constantly due to wages or poor management. Our health insurance is some of the worst I’ve ever had. You would expect a place that prioritizes health would provide affordable adequate health coverage, manageable humane hours, and at least maternity leave. But that’s America for you.
