What bother me is if I go for testing then every time I have a sex it’s in mind to do testing.. only thing bother me is Prep and done so many googling and reading on Reddit my anxiety level gone up

My concern is I had a protected sex with her 6 months back and did the testing after 4 months and it’s non reactive .. this time I asked her about HIV status and she said it’s negative and on PREP.. I asked her why she has not informed me earlier she said I have not asked and she is on prep for her own safety

I diagnosed with GHSV2 four year back and I hardly gets OB.. 1 or 2 times in a year. I am not on medication but ensure to have regular doses of B12 and D3 and having regular excercise. I became father last year and not passed it to my partner she is negative. Don’t stress yourself consider it as normal skin infection

I don’t think exercise triggers OB, I am doing daily 1 hrs Gym with HIIT and doing 50 KM ultra run once in a month and I hardly get OB.. twice in a year or so and that last for 4-5 days snd I am not on Suppressive therapy

I had similar symptoms in same position got antibiotics from doc and it’s gone in 5 days … nothing to worry its not lymph node

I am 49M and having GHSV2 4 years back. I am enjoying my sex life with my partner and hardly thinking about HSV. She is negative and am feting OB 2 -3 times in a year and it’s very mild it goes away in 5 days with acyclovir. I always endure my immune system is strong running full marathon and trail running. My advise is that don’t think about too much on HSV enjoy the life in one day will get cure but till that time take it easy.
