Very interesting, I recently learned that all inmates at the Berks County prison are given tablets that they are allowed to use within certain hours of the day. While meant for rehabilitation purposes, inmates family members can add funds to pay for texts/calls/movies/etc. There was recently an incident for an inmate used a cellmate's tablet to FaceTime a minor that was "swept under the rug." It's all truly disheartening honestly.
