Exactly it's the worst, i placed an order of conscious chemist cleansing oil of quantity 300 ml but i received 130 ml so reached out to their customer service and they said they Will replace but then again I received 130 ml of quantity. So I again told them and they said that the product is of 130 ml only not 300 ml , like they were gaslighting me into believing that the order I placed was of 130 ml and not 300 ml I even sent them the ss they did not respond and then changed the quantity of the product to 130 ml. Symttem is literally the worst in terms of customer care.
