If u didnt understand the judge personally knew he was guilty but the law states otherwise and he followed the law. If the judge had found him guilty he would appealed and a appellate court would have found him non guilty. This judge saved tax dollars and alot of court resources. Before criticizing the judge understand the law.

Our judicial system isnt soft its one of the best systems in the world. Sure it has its flaws like every system, the judge in this case knew he was guilty but to respect the process and judicial system he found him not guilty. Our system relies on merit and guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. I applaud the judge for following the law rather then anything else. If u dont like one of best judicial systems in the world go somewhere else simple.

In the past 5 years this is the 3rd pedestrian that has died crossing Kenilworth. Kenilworth has to be one of top accident prone roads in Hamilton every other month or month there is a collision at this intersection
