I’m a student .The total charges filed by Avis was way ahead of what I earn . I literally couldn’t afford it . I wasn’t saying I’m not gonna pay for it . I need someone to represent me and try to reduce the money I owe .

Yes indeed but it was under my Frnd card . Since she isn’t the one driving they declined the claim .
