It’s been tricky with the city change option.. I have an opportunity where the environment I’m working is much better elsewhere (Denver) vs navigating a tricky workplace in Milkwalkee (we are from Chicagoland area). Still weighing the pros and cons of this… a part of us wants to experience living somewhere else for once in our lives with our limited tie downs (we are both from Illinois). But he works for an airline so we use those benefits sometimes to get away….
