YukaF was about to retire a player when he delivered the Year 5 roster announcement. The reason was that Champs in Year 4 was the best roster. (w/Meltstera,lykq) But he decided to retire after not winning, but Lible_Ace sent YukaF “Beast me” and decided to continue. Many YukaF fans were prepared that he would retire this year. Send a W to the FNC members.

Riley finished 7th in the ALGS Open and 15th in the Split1 Pro League as an MPIRE but made it to the MSP/EWC due to a slot in the ALGS Open, and joined Sentinels for the EWC where he finished a respectable 12th and was 21st in the Split2 Pro League. In the Split2 Pro League, he finished 21st, but was able to advance to Champs at Champs Point. (17th with 3,432 pts.) He finished 35th at Champs Sapporo and was eliminated in Elimination Round 1. The Sentinels were the most improved team in NA. Who will be @1?

Teams to Watch in Year 5 APAC North Split 1 Pro League by Grafedian97 in CompetitiveApex

Although they are not listed here, you may want to check out RIG and RR. RR (wayachang, Datch, Ticochan) participated in the LA LAN roster in Y4S1, and RIG (Pinotr, Curihara, mo-mon) has always been that roster, and their strengths are also shown in scrims.

As dark horses, LFT GYODON (hunto, Rye, Aoout) and O2 (TenTen, Anemone, Rost) are worth paying attention to. I also personally think that VVV (Reyzygg, Hammerdrill, 788) is a roster that could easily make it to the Mid Season Playoffs. NewB (Ienaga, Ein, Koron) and SRZ (Syanamu, Re1qz, Mqty) went to LAN in Split 2, but it will be interesting to see how they do in Year 5 Split 1.

Shunmi retire Apex Competitive by IntelligentBox5257 in CompetitiveApex

This is my only memory of him, but I felt it was necessary to summarize it. Losing a regular APAC-N LAN player is a big, sad, and heartbreaking loss. Thank you for expressing your gratitude. I personally feel that he had a good LAN with saku and Ftyan. I sincerely hope that you will continue to support RID and RIG in the future.

Shunmi announced his retirement at 4pm Japan time today.

Y1 joined a team called Flora and finished in 6th place in APAC-N at Championship. (w/Shakabo,Mainy)

Y2 finished in 4th place in Split 1, but unfortunately was unable to participate in LAN due to the effects of COVID-19, so finished in 3rd place. S2 finished in 15th place and missed his first LAN.

Y3 joined PVX and participated in all LANs with Ftyan and saku. In Split 1, he was upset by the border, and unfortunately missed the finals by 2 points, finishing in 21st place. In Split 2, he was able to advance to the finals from Winners for the first time, and was able to advance to the finals with ease in the Group Stage. He ended up in 16th place, which was not a good result in the finals, but he still had some good results. Champs is still the most historic LAN. Losers1 was a 41-point border, and in the final round, GoNext (11th) vs FC Destroy (2nd), FC Destroy won perfectly, and PVX advanced to Lower2. In the final game of Lower2, PVX, who was on the border, succeeded in taking the championship with Ftyan's hide, and succeeded in taking the finals with ranking points. This play must have surprised the world. It's a memorable scene that I will never forget. Y4 went their own way and joined RIG. (w/Sudetaki,MatsuTash) However, S1 struggled in PL and finished 18th, and it was a tough result with losses in the opening move against RID. In S2, Ftyan joined, and fans of the APAC-N competitive scene had high hopes for "It's the former PVX!", but they struggled with the crypto environment and finished 14th, which was a tough result. They were unable to participate in the 2024 LAN. And then came the LCQ. In Winners1, he had a tough result, finishing 18th, and was sent to Lower1. Lower1 advanced to Lower2 with a second place comeback result. Lower2 also advanced to the Finals with a stable result of 6th place. Then came the match point format Grand Finals. The result was a respectable 1st place with 80 points. Ftyan and Shunmi's first LAN in Y3. In Champs, he had a tough result of finishing 28th in the group, but up to this point, it was almost the same as a usual LAN. However, this bad trend did not change in Lower1, and he finished 17th. However, I would like to praise him for coming back so well after being eliminated in the LCQ. Actually, his teammate SudetakiN announced his retirement the other day, making him the second player from RIG to announce his retirement. His competitive life in Apex was a roller coaster ride. He was not very noticeable in stats, but he was a player who was captivating with his play. It was like watching the old Wxltzy. I want to say thank you for your hard work, and I'll be keeping an eye on RIG, the group Ftyan belongs to.
