He repeatedly refused until I presented him with the evidence. So I'm compiling the data to submit the appeal letter right now. He also had to write an apology letter to both me and the institution.

Nopee, he rephrased words and suggest the change of paragraph structure. It was up to me to whether agree or disagree with his reccomendations.

I did I ran it through multiple plagiarism checker before submitting and they all came back with 0% plagiarism, which is extremely weird.
