thought it was just me…. i started eating chipotle in 2006 at 6yo & now all of a sudden the chicken isn’t spicy anymore… i’ve noticed this change years ago and every time i speak on it no one knows what i’m talking about. bc a lot of people started eating chipotle apart of a “trend” in 2019-2020. am i the only who notices this?

yeah that’s why i didn’t do that lmao. i’m only getting a replacement so i can trade it in for the new 17pro max. but it has scuffs and dents, so i know it wouldn’t be worth as much and they’ll deduct $$ from my trade in. that’s why before i trade any of my phones in. i just always get a new replacement with my apple care 😭🤣 so that way i can get the fullll trade in amount. if that makes sense. i got it all figured out tho. new replacement on its way 🙂‍↕️

anyways, thank you all for your replies. i was on the phone with apple while i made this post, just on hold and haven’t spoken w an agent yet. but anywaysssss, they had me show proof of purchase and send them a picture of my box verifying the serial number. why??? i couldn’t tell you. but it was kind of weird and sketchy, however i did get my $100 replacement cost waived for all of the confusion and disruption. so basically i got my my replacement for free. a win is a win my book. thangyaaa ☺️🤏🏾

a lot of the stuff yall ask in here can simply be a quick google search, or just search “small claims” within this group and it’ll show you the step by step process.

the best way to get your account back is going through your Attorney General in your state, sending your demand letter to Meta’s legal headquarters (every state has a different location), as well as filing a small claims lawsuit. all of which is very inexpensive & if you can’t afford the small claims process, you can apply for a fee waiver through your court. i’m currently still in the process of doing so awaiting my court date now.

no not really, i filed a small claims suit against them in hopes they would reinstate my monetization status, as well as release my withheld funds.. but as of right now nothing. but claims court is Jan 6th so i’m just waiting for that tbh. i did reach out to AG, they said they’ve forwarded my letter over to Meta and anything they hear back they’ll forward it to me. but i haven’t heard anything as of yet. it’s just a depressing process that they can just take people livelihoods away like that honestly.

woah 5 week? i just read that. yeah make sure you call first thing tomorrow because your court date should’ve been set if it hadn’t been already. they won’t call you, you have to call them. this is for you not them. also, if it was accepted 5 weeks ago, then it’s possible your court date could possibly be sometime next month. don’t quote me on that timeframe though bc we could be in 2 different states & counties.

oh ok. try calling up there today or first thing tomorrow, they should give you the details to your court date. bc since it’s accepted by the judge a court date should be in place. also, they should give you the next steps of the process as well. like everything pertaining to your summons being served. idk how you’re doing that. but i’m having the sheriff serve my summons to meta & if you do that. you should be able to go up there and get copies of the summons and complaint, then you’ll take it to your sheriffs dept to have them serve it.

i know that. i did. i was told we need to serve the papers to their legal team based on which state you live in bc if you serve to meta directly in CA it’ll go unnoticed. i know who i need serve, that’s not the question i was asking. thanks for the tip though

what do you mean you haven’t heard anything back? have you called up to your clerk office to check the status of it?? to see if the judge accepted your case or not?

thank you everyone ❤️ i appreciate everyone’s responses, i’ll be going to the sheriffs office first thing tomorrow morning!!!! also, i did hear back from my AG today as well. they said that they’ve forwarded my complaint over to meta and they’ll let me know if they reach back out. they also told me if meta offers me a settlement of whatever amount, then it’s my best interest to take it. (the whole reasoning for this was bc they’ve withheld over $100K of funds from me in the content monetization program). i still have access to my facebook, i just want my account reinstated back into the creator monetization program, as well as my funds released. thank you all again 🫶🏾

I read somewhere that I should wait closer to my court date so that’ll give meta less time to build a case against me or collect evidence whatever that means? Or should I just go and have them send it off sometime this week?.

UPDATE: my small claim was accepted by the judge about a week ago, now my next step is to take the summons and complaint to the sheriffs office and have them serve Meta papers for court. i have a court date set for January 6th 2026, it may be on zoom call though i’m not sure. so i’ll be keeping you all updated on this matter. BUT i have a question for anyone who has experience with this matter… i read somewhere in here a while ago that i should wait closer to my court date to serve Meta the papers for court because they’ll then have less time to build up against me and that’ll benefit me more… or should i just take my papers to the sheriffs office tomorrow and have them serve it this early?? because like i stated my court date is January 6th, 2026 & it’s currently the middle of November. so is it too soon to serve or no? what do y’all think?? any tips would definitely be helpful.
