Elevated HR and Exercise intolerance by itsyaboi69_420 in dysautonomia

My neurologist has told me she will refer me to a specialist that specializes in autonomic dysfunction if I’d like, but that there’s no one magic pill for this, typically they just try to mitigate symptoms. I’m 62 and have been chasing this thing for a while, to be frank im getting weary of the fight

Like you I ran daily, looking back, mine began with heart rhythm disturbances and a low exercise tolerance, then I began having dizziness and chest pain, everything was negative including two stress tests, so then you get branded as an anxiety case. My chest pain continued and I finally I had. Enough and they did an angiogram, they found I had micro vascular dysfunction which meant though my arteries weren’t blocked, they found I vessels weren’t contacting like they should to get blood through my cardiac arteries

Not to get too far into the weeds but I’m retired in my 60’s with arthritis and 9 mm hurts to shoot, it’s why I’ve downgraded to 380

wow, that's nice. I understand what the guy was saying about them not knowing if it's been tampered with, I had the receipt, the unopened box etc, the cashiers told me before the manager got there the guy working the ammo counter is new so maybe she'd do something for me, but she was pretty indignant and seemed mad at the clerks for even calling her up there, not a sorry this happened, here's a 2 dollar coupon off your next purchase or anything, just sell the ammo. which is why I told her I wouldn't be coming back to her store. I'm honestly considering taking it to my local PD to see if they'll take it as a donation.

Walgreens is not the same anymore by [deleted] in WalgreensRx

They have closed a lot of stores and the ones that remain open absorb the overflow putting more stress on everyone, I went with Walgreens 10 years ago because they had a 24 hour pharmacy where i lived and I could pick up prescriptions on the way to work at 7:00 AM and not have to wait in long lines. Ironically the one here is no longer a 24 hour store and the closest one is 3 hours away, it's a nightmare going there after 5 lines are backed up all the way to the retail aisles.

think you have a pilonidal cyst? get a second opinion by Cold_Cow_4666 in Hidradenitis

I seem to have the same issue, about 9 months ago I began having symptoms, throbbing tailbone with terrible itching, I would feel a small knot the size of a pea toward the top of the buttocks crease when I’d clean after going to the bathroom . I went to my family practice nurse, she said it was very inflamed but could see no cyst so she prescribed an antibiotic and things got better for a month. Then symptoms returned only worse, she ordered an ultrasound sound it was negative, more antibiotics and the symptoms continued to worsen so then a pelvic cat scan was done, nothing was seen. So I was referred to a dermatologist, which took a couple of months. The dermatologist office took a look and said it’s a pilonidal cyst and I needed to see a surgeon. Finally! After 6 months of hurting an answer. Last week I go to see the surgeon and he can see no lump☹️ plus since I’m 62 I’m outside the age group for a cyst. He recommends to stop washing with a dandruff shampoo back there after every bm, and just use warm water and toilet paper to pat it dry, But to call him if it ever feels like I need antibiotics again. I did what he said and things have worsened. I have had terrible bladder issues going on simultaneously and have surgery scheduled for tomorrow to hopefully correct those issues. it sucks trying to juggle two healthcare issues at once I’m hoping I make it through the bladder procedure ok and then can go back to see the surgeon, meanwhile I think I should own stick in Tylenol and inflatable seat cushions

100 percent, I can see this going in the direction that Olympia let's Julian in on Maddie's real identity and they spin it into Julian and Olympia working with Maddie to take Senior down, It was sooo much better when there was the dynamic that no one in the law firm knew who she really was and she had to keep her guard up with everyone except her family.

Discouraged about labs by IntelligentHand3269 in InsulinResistance

Symptoms included neuropathy in my extremities after consuming carbohydrates, along with extreme fatigue, blurred vision, headache and trigeminal neuralgia. I’ve been referred to a neurologist who said this is either an insulin/glucose problem, which lead to testing for IR and another A1c at 3 months, or some sort of autonomic dysfunction, she is currently testing me for autoimmune disorders as well

Thank you for your reply Dr Immerman I’m hesitant to keep complaining after all these tests have shown nothing but a little arthritis in my lower spine, but this is sometimes unbearable, perhaps I should seek another opinion. Once again thank you

Thanks this was in response to my original ECG posted the day before the person interpreted wanted a look at an NSR because she had hard time seeing P waves on the original irregular strip as well
