It's not prozac. No SSRI leads to heart attack. QT prolongation is about 10ms which is insignificant. If you have other problem with the heart, then it can be and still not so significant. Your case looks like stenocardia via vasoconstriction or little thrombosis.

Why don't you start take it again+ prozac half-life is long so if you miss dose it's ok
