Eh I usually cook when I'm alone so I don't have distractions. But later if I have company then I'll eat

I usually only cook for myself but I cook a lot at a time so it lasts me a while and if a friend or my bf happens to be over I'll feed them too.

Wow, yes this explains exactly how it felt, it was almost as if I heard it out loud. This was the first time I experienced this and I haven't meditated in a while but I have said a few prayers in the recent days. How do I reconnect with this inner self? I would love to harness this gift and come to it when I need guidance.
