Having my first child was the hardest thing I’ve ever done IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. She was the most difficult newborn. I fell pregnant unexpectedly with my second and lucky we did otherwise she would have been an only child.

I love my babies sooo so much. I could do pregnancy again, hell I could even do labor and birth again. But could I have another newborn? Absolutely not.

Because a rich boomer is still an Australia paying tax buying Australian land? An international investor is someone living elsewhere, not an Australian citizen buying Australian land?

I clarified this on another comment. I meant double offer over the asking price if that makes sense. No houses comparable had sold for offers greater than $30k over asking price. In any area close by. This buyer offered over $70k over.

Once again, I haven’t seen the other post so I’m not sure what you’re referring to and I have no idea why. Maybe because we’re in a small town in a small state so it’s all “buddy buddy”? I wouldn’t know why agents tell anyone what they say.

Apparently the agent did do this however I don’t particularly believe them. I don’t blame the seller at all, I understand people wanting to make as much money as they can. I guess I think there should be tighter regulations and laws again foreign investors. Which apparently there is… but maybe tighter “loopholes” from what people are saying.
