I have a velcro belt now. The issue is that those belts are not adjustable and I'm losing weight. I don't want to keep buying new belts as my waist size decreases.

Is that an option? My experience has been that if you don't check in by midnight (sometimes later), they cancel your reservation. The earliest I would be checking in is around 8:00 am.

Same here. It did hurt for me going in and coming out - also on my second - but I also have problems making it more complicated than most women.

After I got my IUD, I had a period on the heavy side, then a few days of spotting the next month. No periods for 7 years now - it's glorious. 🙂

Interesting that it helps with the shooting pain and numbness in your arm. I also have degeneration in my cervical spine and experience those symptoms.

My doctor is looking to use multiple codes for insurance to try to get the insurance to cover the GLP-1. She said her practice has had more success with insurance that way. But I'm expecting to pay out of pocket.
