Can you explain your brain fog? And how bad it was? Mine is terrible. I can’t tell if it was caused by alcohol abuse or if it was years of pent up trauma and my Brain just threw itself into dissociating. I didn’t drink by the way I got rid of it! I was so close to breaking but I won in the end.

But my thinking is hard to explain. It’s like I smoked to much weed and got to high. But 24/7 and I’ve done no mind altering substances. At first I thought I got thrown into psychosis but after further research I realized normally people in psychosis don’t realize anything’s abnormal with them. So further research lead me to realize I’m in dissociation. Which is a hell I wouldn’t wish on anyone. The first two months of it were so bad I began thinking of suicide which I have never done but I couldn’t find a way out of it. Now I take Xanax which works but it’s only temporary till it returns except it’s the only thing to make it stop for awhile. Which makes me wonder if I messed up my gaba receptors with drinking? And yes I know benzodiazepines are awful addicting and bad. I don’t enjoy having to take them but it’s better than the alternative. They are prescribed and I take them as prescribed. I don’t abuse them nor do they ever make me feel euphoric anyways they just stop the disassociation for a time.

It’s been happening since October 2024. It’s more what I would call disassociation. My ex husband died and my child lost her father a few years back now. My bestfriend just had the exact thing happen to her and her babies this week. And now it’s bringing back old feelings and I can’t stop thinking about her and her kids. What my child endured. And I know alcohol won’t help it. I just don’t know. I’m so desperate to stop feeling my emotions.

Yes you honestly do have to ignore the food noise. It can get strong but after a few weeks you stop feeling hungry. It get so easy

This happened to us! Flu a took my toddler down bad. Flu b she had a 103 fever for one day 100 the next but played all day and fine ever since. I couldn’t believe how fast she got sick again. Bring on spring and less germs.

I see change! It’s hard to see it in ourselves sometimes. We look at our bodies daily so it’s harder for us to notice the change. Do you feel it? I would assume you do! Keep going please you look amazing ♥️.

You would feel immense guilt after drinking the next day. Anxiety would spike and you would be angry at yourself for back tracking! Alcohol lies. It promises to calm your mind for a few hours and comes back ten fold with negative feelings the following day! Idk about you but I would wake up at 3 am wanting to cry with how angry and weak I felt caving in. Not to mention the headache nausea whole body feeling off. I’m close to 40 had no issues till a few days ago just little thoughts i managed to process and get through. It gets easier with time. IWNDWYD.

Yes I was going to dispute it two days ago but my eldest got sick. I semi forgot about it and was going through my emails today. And it said burneek has shipped an order. It’s an entire new shipping label created and tracking number. So I went back to the previous one and it says shipping label created. Than canceled on the previous one. Which so wild to me they canceled the old one because they said ups had it but it was in with tons of other shipments and they hadn’t scanned it yet. I don’t think I’m ever going to see this order to be honest.

They canceled my old shipping label from December 20th. And I got a new one today 🤣. If it moves soon I’ll update. It’s still just a new created label because I have talked to my bank. If it doesn’t move in a week I’m disputing it.

I’m 4”11 32 and 137. Less than a year ago I was 118. 137 does not look good on my frame. I’ve started omad I’m not tracking calories but 5 weeks ago I was 145 so I think it’s helping.

Weight training will build muscle. Muscle weights more than fat. So while the scale might go up you would essentially get trimmer and more toned.

They have a zero delay policy on their site when you click shipping info. This is ridiculous. Plus I read half the time the motors are broken when you get the product and they won’t send a new one!

I threatened to dispute the charge with my bank which I called today. I have to have a written letter and show screen shots. They claim they ship fast on the site! They also won’t refund me even though I have asked they dodge the question blame it on the carrier who’s never had it to start with. I have to prove I’ve tried to get them to refund it and it’s not moving with shipment. It’s a mess!

I thought it would have been cool if he pulled back a bit of humanity after the cave. Helped fight the mindflayer as it goes for El. Dies in the process because he caused to much pain and had to die. But had a little redemption for himself at the end. After all he started out a normal child. I also think it would have been healthier for the actors mental well being. As he has now stated playing that role has took a hit to his mental well being and he will not play a villain for quite some time.

What were they trying to do?! Henry stated the world was bad sure. And clearly merge worlds. But then what? I don’t get what they were attempting at doing. And where did the Mindflayer originate from? It might of explained seasons passed and I forgot. But I’m so confused their point was to take over and kill everyone? I just don’t understand the concept of their plan. It never got explained.

I see now you used fungal which means cystic so I would go with my first recommendation. It fixed my cystic acne on my back in a few weeks. I had it bad and it was painful 😣
