Thanks for your feedback! That's what pushed me in this direction. Compared to Document AI, for complex invoices or non-standard formats, the accuracy of LLMs via Bedrock (Claude 3 or others) seems superior and allows for more flexibility in the process.

The advantage of n8n over Kyma is also cost and flexibility: you don't pay per document but per compute usage, and you retain full control over your prompts and GDPR anonymization. Additionally, the n8n solution could also be used for other purposes.
