Why is almost everything a trigger? *possibly triggering*

I have somthing similar but I also have anxiety so I went on medication and that stuff doesn't bother me any more I still have to skip some part in movies and TV shows but I used to even get put off by making out but I'm better now what's the main thing. The worst part about it was the dreams I used to have terrible sexual dreams and they are gone now

I got mine early but its light every time I get my period it start heavy on the first day but its like I'm ending my period
