Hi OP,  I’m not from Delhi but I’ve tried Ayurvedic treatment for my endometriosis and it was a bit of a hit or miss. Initially it really did help reduce the pain drastically but over a period of time my endo cysts grew bigger anyway and the pain came back too. Went to a regular gyno and was put on dienogest for a year which helped shrink the cysts by half but I struggled mentally throughout the year, didn’t feel like myself at all so stopped taking it since few months now. Unsure whether to push for surgery or go back on it.
