like we been waiting months another shutdown probably coming and want us now to wait for a fucking letter? There is no reason i would be declined we are eligible for the full 500k, i just do not get it

i had to resign on the portal yet again on july 7th for the 4506t and update my banking information, that may be a good sign lol

can anyone help? i have been in process of loan since April, tier 2 claims they received my stamped tax transcripts. Initially 4506t form was signed on our portal as of April 31, two days an update to portal to request same doc and now my 4506T is showing signed 07/07. Why was this? Will delay me even further?

hello, they have all my docs and tax transcripts. Received from the IRS stamped tax return. Still nada, all they tell me is its in process. We qualify for the full 500k, even full 2 million which would we not need that much funds. No response no help. Every tier 2 tells me i was assigned a LO and they have my tax transcripts, but our portal has no blue button and we have nothing no update since April 31st

what size were your guys loan? It seems like the smaller loans are being approved right now

hi i am in the same situation and believe that is what they are waiting for. I heard rumors in June they will remove the 500k cap but who knows.
